Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to provide education and training mission support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate subject-specific working groups for training development
• Develop detailed design documents and storyboards for web-based training
• Support subject-matter experts with the ADDIE process and adult learning theory

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in curriculum design
• Must be able to pass a DOD background investigation
• Experience with ADDIE Model and Knowles Principles of Adult Learning Theory
• Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
