Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer - Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver all aspects of virtual classroom training
• Create engaging learning environments and develop storyboards and training materials
• Gather client information to determine instructional training objectives and ensure quality through peer reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional technology, or a similar field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience executing Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes
• Experience with multiple delivery platforms including mobile and web-based
• Solid skills in visual design, course development, and learning content management systems
• Familiarity with SCORM and Section 508 requirements
