Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to support the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the analysis and development of training courses, identifying requirements and outcomes
• Create course-specific design documents and support the design of course materials and evaluation methods
• Engage in the implementation and revision of training courses, ensuring compliance and relevancy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes and procedures is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
