Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the analysis and development of training courses and identify training requirements
• Create course design documents and support the design of course goals, objectives, and training materials
• Evaluate team and student feedback, review course materials for relevancy, and ensure 508 compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes and procedures is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
