Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis and development of training courses, identifying requirements and outcomes
• Create course design documents and support the design of course materials, ensuring compliance with 508 standards
• Engage in the implementation and revision of training courses, evaluating feedback for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
