Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis and development of training courses, identifying requirements and outcomes
• Create course design documents and materials, ensuring 508 compliance and supporting IACET audits
• Engage in course design, implementation, and evaluation, incorporating feedback and maintaining course relevancy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with Federal Government acquisition processes is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
