Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with analysis and development of training courses, identifying requirements and outcomes
• Create course design documents and ensure all materials are 508 compliant
• Evaluate feedback and update course materials to maintain relevance and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes and procedures is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
