Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the analysis and development of training courses, identifying requirements and outcomes
• Create course design documents and materials for various training courses, ensuring compliance and relevancy
• Evaluate feedback and engage in the implementation and revision of training courses

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
• Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
• Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes and procedures is desired
• PMP Certification is desired
