Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid-Level Instructional Systems Designer to support training and professional development solutions for the Federal workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the analysis and development of training courses and identify training requirements
Create course design documents and ensure all materials are 508 compliant
Evaluate team and student feedback to revise and improve training courses

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
At least nine (9) years of relevant experience
Experience with Program and Project Management is desired
Familiarity with the Federal Government's acquisition processes is desired
PMP Certification is desired
