Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer III to create and implement effective learning programs and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and create training products
• Develop instructional strategies and materials for various delivery methods, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Research and compile data for instructional material development and assist in creating technology-based learning solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field
• 4-6 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience
• Experience with eLearning design and development, including adult learning theory
• Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate and other instructional design tools
• Familiarity with US Navy AIM II Learning Object Module (LOM) is preferred
