Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design training products
• Develop instructional strategies and ensure compliance with style guidelines throughout the design process
• Create engaging training materials for various delivery methods, including e-learning and instructor-led formats

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of related experience or a combination of education and experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain required customer clearance for access to systems and facilities
• Possess appropriate certifications as required by the contract
• Experience in designing computer-based and web-based training solutions
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and evaluation methods
