Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

To support a fast-paced learning and development environment, the experienced Instructional Systems Designer will design and develop high-quality instructional materials across multiple formats while working remotely on a long-term W2 contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials including ILT, VILT, eLearning, videos, and job aids
• Convert existing training content into updated, learner-friendly formats
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align deliverables with learning goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of instructional design experience
• Strong background in technical writing and multimedia-based learning design
• Experience with authoring tools and web-based training development
• Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
