Instructional Systems Designer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic learning services team, the full-time Instructional Systems Designer will design and develop classroom and technology-based course materials, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop classroom or technology-based courseware and performance aids
• Collaborate with SMEs and client stakeholders to create content and learning systems
• Conduct research and apply best practices to meet specific client requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in training design and development using the ADDIE/ISD methodology
• Experience in both Web-Based Training and Instructor-Led Training
• ISD Certification from an accredited institution
• Proficiency in developing e-learning using Articulate Storyline
