Job Summary
To support a dynamic learning services team, the full-time Instructional Systems Designer will design and develop classroom and technology-based course materials, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop classroom or technology-based courseware and performance aids
- Collaborate with SMEs and client stakeholders to create content and learning systems
- Conduct research and apply best practices to meet specific client requirements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in training design and development using the ADDIE/ISD methodology
- Experience in both Web-Based Training and Instructor-Led Training
- ISD Certification from an accredited institution
- Proficiency in developing e-learning using Articulate Storyline
