Job Summary
Supporting the FDIC Corporate University Course Maintenance Program, the full-time remote Instructional Systems Designer will collaborate with personnel and Subject Matter Experts to maintain, revise, and modernize professional courses and training materials across various instructional formats.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborating with FDIC CU personnel and SMEs to design and maintain courseware
- Updating instructional materials across multiple modalities, including instructor guides and virtual classroom setups
- Reviewing Course Change Sheets and ensuring compliance with technical guidelines and accessibility standards
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of professional instructional design experience
- DHS Trusted Tester training or certification preferred
- Proven experience in technical writing, course material conversion, and web-based course development
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
