Instructional Systems Developer

Job Summary

Experienced in instructional design, the full-time Instructional Systems Developer will conduct front-end analyses, develop courseware, and manage Learning Management Systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct front-end analyses and needs assessments to inform data-driven instructional design decisions
• Design, develop, and review courseware ensuring instructional integrity and adherence to ISD standards
• Manage and utilize Learning Management Systems to assign, track, and troubleshoot courseware for students

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Four years of experience in Instructional Systems Development, including instructional design and project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with courseware development systems such as Articulate and Moodle LMS
• Experience in user-centered design for synchronous and asynchronous learning environments
• Aviation or military experience is a plus
