Instructional Systems Developer

Job Summary

To enhance operational performance and professional development, the full-time remote Instructional Systems Developer will analyze, design, develop, and implement high-quality training solutions while supporting Learning Management Systems and conducting needs assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct front-end analyses to identify performance gaps and specific training needs
• Design and develop multimedia instructional content and courseware aligned with instructional design standards
• Administer Learning Management Systems by building and deploying courses, managing users, and evaluating course effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Five to seven years of experience in Instructional Systems Development, with a preference for ten years
• Proficiency in designing and managing Learning Management Systems
• Extensive project management experience in both individual and team contexts
• Experience with user-centered design in various learning delivery methods
