Job Summary
Working 100% remotely, the full-time Instructional Systems Specialist will design and develop effective instructional programs and training materials for military and civilian students while ensuring quality assurance throughout the instructional analysis process.
Key responsibilities
- Develops programs of instruction and creates new master instructional plans while modifying existing plans
- Designs and develops instructional materials, including multi-media and computer-based training plans, in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Implements projects to improve procedures and baselines for the technical training process with minimal guidance
Required qualifications
- Active secret clearance is required
- Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience or a high school diploma with 13 years of experience
- Experience in training development and Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
- Ability to assist with business development activities, including technical documentation and proposal writing
- Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting and able to lift up to 10-15 pounds
