Instructional Technologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Technologist for a remote long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement training processes and programs for a newly developed training department
• Formulate and execute a strategy to achieve initial accreditation for training programs
• Develop and validate trainee examination materials and evaluation processes across various training environments

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in education, training, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in education or training, particularly within industrial contexts
• Proficiency in developing digital training content and delivering training programs
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in maintaining standards and influencing others to pursue excellence in training and operational practices
