Key Responsibilities

• Develops training processes, programs, and procedures ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinates with various departments to enhance training programs and prepares for inspections and evaluations
• Supervises the maintenance of auditable training records and assists in establishing department goals

Required Qualifications

• College degree in education or training
• Five years of experience in education or training
• Skills in developing digital training content and following regulatory training requirements
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in maintaining standards and influencing others for training excellence
