Key Responsibilities

• Develops training processes, programs, and procedures ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
• Coordinates with management and organizations to improve training programs and evaluates trainee performance
• Prepares for inspections and maintains auditable training records and reports

Required Qualifications

• College degree in education or training
• Five years of experience in education or training
• Mastery of digital training content development and delivery
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in maintaining standards and influencing others for excellence
