Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Technologist to develop and manage training programs in a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training processes and programs ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Execute strategies for training program accreditation and maintain instructional accuracy
• Participate in training committees and coordinate with management to enhance training programs

Required Qualifications

• College degree in education or training
• Five years of experience in education or training
• Experience with regulatory training requirements and best practices
• Mastery of digital training content development and delivery
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
