Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Technologist to develop and manage training programs in a remote contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training processes and programs ensuring compliance with regulations and standards
• Coordinate with management and organizations to enhance training programs and prepare for inspections
• Supervise the maintenance of training records and develop evaluation materials for trainees

Required Qualifications

• College degree in education or training
• Five years of experience in education or training
• Experience with digital training content development and delivery
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
