Key Responsibilities

• Develops training processes, programs, and procedures ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinates with management and organizations to enhance training programs and prepares for inspections and evaluations
• Maintains knowledge of plant operations and supervises the collection of auditable training records

Required Qualifications

• College degree in education or training
• Five years of experience in education or training
• Mastery of digital training content development and delivery
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in maintaining standards and influencing others to drive for excellence
