Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Technologist to develop and manage training programs for a newly established training department.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops training processes and programs ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinates with management and other organizations to enhance training programs
• Prepares for and participates in inspections and evaluations, maintaining training records

Required Qualifications

• College degree in education or training
• Five years of experience in education or training
• Experience in digital training content development and delivery
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures
