Key Responsibilities

• Develops training processes and programs for a new training department, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
• Coordinates with management and other organizations to enhance training programs and prepares for inspections and evaluations
• Supervises the maintenance of auditable training records and develops effective training materials

Required Qualifications

• College degree in education or training
• Five years of experience in education or training
• Mastery of digital training content development and delivery
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in maintaining training standards and influencing others for excellence
