Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Technologist II.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex LMS configuration issues beyond standard troubleshooting
Conduct sandbox testing for LTI tool updates and validate integration behavior prior to production release
Provide advanced Tier II/III instructional technology support and deliver advanced training on LMS features

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
4-6 years of progressive experience supporting LMS platforms
Advanced working knowledge of LMS configuration and platform behavior
Working knowledge of JavaScript sufficient to diagnose integration and UI-related issues
