Instructional Technology Specialist

Job Summary

To support the online learning design team, the full-time remote Instructional Technology Specialist will collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to design, develop, and manage high-quality online courses and workforce development learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty and partners to design and develop online courses and learning experiences
• Manage multiple projects, overseeing scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Utilize Learning Management Systems, particularly Canvas, to enhance instructional delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience (1+ years for Intermediate; 3+ years for Advanced)
• Working knowledge of Canvas and Canvas Catalog
• Experience in instructional design or online learning development
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective professional relationships
• Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and instructional systems design
