A company is looking for an Instructional Video Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create custom instructional and content videos, including animations and motion graphics
• Scope and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with instructional objectives and project goals
• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop storyboards and maintain project assets for efficient reuse

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, motion design, or instructional media creation
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), Camtasia, and animation tools (Blender)
• Demonstrated ability to create original instructional scripts and media assets
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and SCORM-compliant packaging
• Strong project management and organizational skills
