Instructor Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructor Operations Manager to support and lead faculty within its Instructor-Led Training department.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for faculty inquiries and class-related needs
• Lead faculty onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure quality standards
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for class delivery and faculty readiness

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid relevant certification
• Prior teaching experience in corporate training or adult education
• 3+ years of related professional experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience leading or mentoring instructors preferred
