• Conduct executive screening calls with prospective instructors to evaluate their charisma, expertise, and teaching potential
• Pivot from interviewing to recruiting by selling the vision of building a course with the company
• Manage the candidate pipeline and provide strategic feedback to the sourcing team to refine search criteria

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Executive Search, High-Ticket Sales, Business Development, or Talent Management
• Exceptional English proficiency with the ability to adapt tone to different personalities
• Tech-savvy with experience managing meetings via Zoom and organizing records in ATS/CRM
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and backup power solution preferred
