Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructor & Content Partnerships Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source, recruit, and convert clinical experts into long-term Content Partners
• Manage the scheduling and orchestration of webinars and live events, ensuring high-quality instructor alignment
• Serve as the primary liaison for instructors, providing support and maintaining relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in talent recruitment, partner management, or clinical relationship building
• Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and building professional networks
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling
• Knowledge of contract terminology and ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
