Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructor Success Manager to oversee the performance and development of Guides in language learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach classes to maintain connection with platform experience and model best practices
• Conduct observations and provide coaching to improve instructional quality among Guides
• Manage performance reviews and facilitate regular check-ins to track progress and address feedback
