Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Insurance Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle remotely, focusing on high-volume outbound calls, building client relationships, and closing subscription-based lead programs.

Key responsibilities:
  • Prospect daily through 150+ outbound calls and engage decision-makers
  • Run full-cycle sales processes including discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and track activity metrics in the CRM
Required qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an inside sales/closing role
  • Experience in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.com
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work independently from home
  • Competitive and coachable, with a strong desire for personal growth
