Insurance Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure continued sales and growth
• Provide information on products and administrative procedures while conducting group meetings/webinars for client education
• Follow up on service issues and renewals, actively participating in team meetings to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a related selling or telemarketing environment (required)
• Associates degree (preferred)
• Insurance Producer's License (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
