• Collaborate with media and operations to enhance call quality and volume

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years in account management or sales, preferably in performance marketing or insurance
• Experience managing a high-volume book and owning a revenue number
• Strong understanding of conversion rates, CPA/COA, and ROI
• Proficient in Salesforce and Excel
• Organized and accountable with a proactive approach to performance management
