Job Summary

Managing key accounts remotely, the full-time Strategic Account Manager will oversee client relationships, drive regional growth, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction while training agents on products and strategies.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within the assigned region
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular agent training sessions and account reviews to evaluate performance and strengthen relationships
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience marketing P&C insurance, including training and developing agency staff
  • Ability to understand and review agency qualifications for appointment
  • Experience in selling and marketing P&C personal lines and commercial products
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal presentation skills
