Insurance Account Representative

Job Summary

Insurance Account Representative is a full-time position responsible for providing customer service and support to assist Producers and the service team in managing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Executes and analyzes bonds to ensure proper execution
• Reviews client accounting history and corrects account discrepancies
• Submits new submissions to underwriters and invoices all transactions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Valid insurance license is a plus
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
