Seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Account Resolution Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage and resolve insurance claims post-submission, ensuring timely and compliant resolutions while handling a high volume of claims.
Key responsibilities
- Research and resolve outstanding insurance claims, including pending, denied, or incorrectly paid claims
- Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain claim statuses and clarify discrepancies
- Analyze insurance denials and execute appropriate resolution steps such as appeals or corrections
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to type 40 WPM with accuracy
- Experience in a structured environment with performance metrics is preferred
