Insurance Account Resolution Specialist
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Account Resolution Specialist, this full-time remote position will manage and resolve insurance claims with Medicare HMOs, Medicaid MCOs, and Facilities, ensuring timely and compliant claim resolution through thorough analysis and follow-up.
Key responsibilities:
- Research and resolve outstanding insurance claims, including pending, denied, or incorrectly paid claims
- Analyze insurance denials and execute resolution steps such as appeals and corrections
- Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain claim status and clarify discrepancies
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to type 40 WPM with accuracy
- Experience in a structured environment with performance metrics is helpful
- Proven ability to handle high volume workloads and meet tight deadlines
