Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Insurance Account Specialist will coordinate new business wins and seamless renewals, ensuring accurate documentation and timelines while providing proactive customer support in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Document and monitor timelines for renewal or new sale implementation success
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of producer and employer group data submissions
- Research and resolve service issues while maintaining sales systems and reporting
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or two years of relevant work experience
- Three years of work experience, including two years in sales or benefit administration
- One year of customer service experience
- Ability to obtain an Agent's license within 60 days of hire
- Knowledge of benefit administration and sales account structure
