Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Insurance Account Specialist will coordinate new business wins and seamless renewals, ensuring accurate documentation and timelines while providing proactive customer support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Document and monitor timelines for renewal or new sale implementation success
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of producer and employer group data submissions
  • Research and resolve service issues while maintaining sales systems and reporting
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or two years of relevant work experience
  • Three years of work experience, including two years in sales or benefit administration
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Ability to obtain an Agent's license within 60 days of hire
  • Knowledge of benefit administration and sales account structure
