Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Account Specialist for a remote full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Account Managers and administrative teams to provide exceptional service to clients and customers
  • Process requests and respond to inquiries from Commercial Line Insurance Customers
  • Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service delivery
Required Qualifications:
  • Active State Property & Casualty License or ability to pass the licensing exam within 30 days of employment
  • 2-3 years of insurance experience required
  • 1+ years of commercial property & casualty insurance preferred
  • Experience with Agency Management Systems
  • Insurance-related designations preferred (e.g. CISR, CPCU, etc.)
