Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Account Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with clients and insureds to support client retention and revenue growth
- Process insurance tasks such as Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, and quoting
- Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and optimize turnaround time
Required Qualifications:
- Living in Pacific Time Zone
- Property and Casualty License highly preferred or ability to pass the licensing exam within 30 days of employment
- 1+ years insurance experience preferred
- 2-3 years customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
