Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with clients and insureds to support client retention and revenue growth
  • Process insurance tasks such as Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, and quoting
  • Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet client needs and optimize turnaround time

Required Qualifications:
  • Living in Pacific Time Zone
  • Property and Casualty License highly preferred or ability to pass the licensing exam within 30 days of employment
  • 1+ years insurance experience preferred
  • 2-3 years customer service experience preferred
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
