Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform carrier and commission reconciliations (monthly and quarterly)
  • Review and validate commission statements against AMS360/BenefitPoint
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable related to carriers and vendors
Required Qualifications
  • 2 years of accounting experience
  • Insurance agency/carrier accounting experience
  • Billing experience with Commercial/Personal and Health benefits
  • Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, reconciliation logic)
  • Ability to manage recurring deadlines
