Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance AR Specialist -Remote (TX Resident).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit clean claims to various insurance companies
• Contact carriers for claim status and process insurance correspondence
• Perform collection actions and prepare appeal letters for denied claims

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one year experience in a medical billing/collections field
• Ability to read and interpret explanation of benefits remittances
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Office
• Ability to type 45 WPM
