• Train and mentor staff while providing support for escalated issues
• Utilize billing systems and payer websites to resolve unpaid or incorrectly paid claims

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting required
• Advanced knowledge of billing systems and denial management
• Ability to coach and mentor team members
• Experience in writing appeals and handling escalated claim issues
