Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Damages Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust low to moderately complex claims
• Provide claims service to policyholders and third-party customers through various channels
• Manage and support customers through the damages process for both repairable and total loss

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• 0-2 years of auto claims adjusting experience required
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• 1 year of customer contact experience preferred
• Insurance Adjuster License required
