Job Summary

Investigating and adjusting low to moderately complex auto claims, the remote Bodily Injury Sr Adjuster will evaluate coverage, negotiate settlements, and collaborate with various stakeholders while holding an Insurance Adjuster License.

Key responsibilities

• Provide claims service to members and third-party customers through various channels
• Adjust auto claims involving first and third-party injuries, including BI and UM/UIM exposures
• Partner with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate claims resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 4+ years of auto claims adjusting experience required
• 2+ years of experience handling injury claims required
• Insurance Adjuster License required
• Experience in MI/FL/GA preferred
