Job Summary

Providing claims support to policyholders, the full-time First Party Injury Adjuster will investigate and resolve medical bills related to first-party injury claims while working remotely and requires an Insurance Adjuster License.

Key responsibilities

• Provide claims service via various channels to policyholders and third-party customers
• Investigate and resolve medical bills associated with first-party injuries
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to facilitate claims resolution and support business objectives

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of auto claims adjusting experience required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• Experience in an inbound phone-intensive, contact center environment using a headset
• Current Insurance Adjuster License required
• Familiarity with AI tools to support daily work and improve efficiency
