Job Summary

A company is looking for an Auto Physical Damage Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver auto claims services and adjust low to moderately complex auto damage claims
• Negotiate repair pricing with auto body shops and manage the repair process
• Conduct damage verification and evaluate total loss claims

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 0-2 years of auto claims experience and experience using CCC Portal/estimating software required
• Moderate knowledge of automobile parts, terminology, and repair techniques
• Insurance Adjuster License and I-Car ProLevel 1 Designation preferred
• 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
