Insurance Adjuster Trainee

Job Summary

Offering a remote, full-time opportunity, the Complex Adjuster Trainee will complete a 6-month training program that combines formal instruction with live claim handling, focusing on investigating claims, evaluating coverage and liability, and communicating effectively with customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality claims experience by managing claims with professionalism and empathy
• Verify coverage and assist in determining liability for various accident scenarios under guidance
• Obtain detailed accident statements to develop clear liability perspectives and maintain consistent communication with all parties involved

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Ability to secure an adjuster insurance license within 90 days of the start date
• Successful history of time management and customer-facing communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite
• Curious in nature with a willingness to keep learning
